Best curl enhancing shampoo/conditioner for black/asian hair?

I generally wear my hair straight and I straighten it a whole lot. I would like to wear my hair natural now. It's naturally curly, most of it is tight curls and some of it is just nappy lol. But I'd like to find out how I can make all of my hair in tight curls instead of wearing it straight all the time. I'm black and asian with medium length hair, and it's super thick and also grows alot when it's curly! Slightly damaged also, needs moisture and some split ends. I was looking at ';Captivating Curls'; by Sunsilk and ';Totally Twisted'; by Herbal Essences. Any help is appreciated!Best curl enhancing shampoo/conditioner for black/asian hair?
BIOSILK. silk therapy shampoo's conditioner and leave in silk treatment, is the best moisturizing hair product ever. %26lt;3

it's expensive though.

but otherwise I love all these too : Garnier Wonder Waves // Sleek and Shine, anything Nexxus, Herbal Essences The moisture one that smells like coconut, and suave naturals. :)Best curl enhancing shampoo/conditioner for black/asian hair?
you want to stay away from shampoos with SLS (sles) or ALS in them as they cause hair to thin :: there are lots of other harsh ingredients to watch out for::

you don't have to go to great lengths to have beautiful hair nor do you need to make you own products.

to have nice curly hair you need to shampoo less.

shampoo a max of two times a week.

however you can rinse your hair and put a gentle conditioner and rinse again with cold water.

for the damage i suggest deep conditioning with olive oil weekly.

products suggestions.

baby shampoos and Suave or VO5 conditioners.

I agree with the girl who answerd above (going nuts....already crazy) I would stay away from Herbal Essences and Sun Silk. They smell really good but are supposedly bad for your hair.
biolage anything of that product

works awesome! it helps treat my
