Curl defining shampoo and conditioner?

I am african american i had relaxer but not it a while i used to have naturally curly hair until i got a relaxer but now its semi curly i think its been 3 months now since my last relaxer but my hair still get curly its very thick and poofy so if i use curl defining shampoo how would it work for me and which one is the best one also how would i go about using the shampoo and conditioner please

Curl defining shampoos %26amp; conditioners work great,especially on relaxed curls.It's kind of impossible for someone to be able to tell you which one is the best though,because different things work for different people,so here is a list of products for curly hair.
